What will YOU do?

  • Oversee logistics operations, ensuring all processes are aligned with company standards and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to exports and client transactions.
  • Efficiently handle logistics-related documentation and communications across various platforms and departments.
  • Implement and manage project management tools to track operations and facilitate smooth execution of tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of logistics activities.
  • Maintain and organize records to support budget management and financial accountability.

What will YOU bring with you?

  • Proven organizational skills with a strong inclination towards order and efficiency.
  • Experience in defining system requirements and streamlining complex processes.
  • Service-oriented attitude with the ability to respond quickly to departmental needs.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems; familiarity with Priority is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in supply chain management or related fields is preferred.
