Solargik is looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our fast-growing team!
The QIT team ensures software quality at Solargik, working closely with multiple teams to keep all systems running smoothly. Our work is dynamic and challenging, requiring deep system knowledge. We’re looking for sharp, responsible team players who thrive under pressure and enjoy problem-solving.
What will YOU do?
- Test Planning and Execution: Define, plan, execute, and document various types of tests, primarily driven by product requirements.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures and methodologies as defined in the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process.
- SW Testing Ownership: Act as a central knowledge hub for quality assurance within the software department, sharing best practices and insights.
- Stability: Identify gaps and push to reach stable state in Solargik’s software products, at planning and testing stages. Including assisting, monitoring and corrective actions.
- Iteration Status Monitoring: The QA team member shall follow iteration development status, verify that the release candidates are in compliance with roadmap and requirements. This will allow early detection of gaps, delays, and known issues.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
Experience in the following is a plus:
- Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) – an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
