SolarGik is looking for an individual to join our growing team of technical support experts! The role entails collaboration with field teams, handling auxiliaries, managing software upgrades, and maintaining databases, among other responsibilities.

What will YOU do?

• Operate as Tier 2 technical support, be in charge of different projects around the world.
• Collaborate with field teams to facilitate the setup and functionality of sites.
• Verify and ensure the functionality of the site- dispatching field teams for physical inspections or monitoring site behavior for analytical purposes.
• Be part of the commissioning process, from the installation of components on site to the successful operation of the site.

What will YOU bring with you?

• At least 2 years of experience in technical support positions.
• Proficiency in both English and Hebrew.
• Ability to adeptly juggle multiple open-action items simultaneously.
• Proactive, Can-Do attitude.
