Solargik is hiring a Tier 2 Technical Support Team Lead!

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated leader to guide our growing team and own key technical workflows. In this high-impact role, you’ll bridge between departments, support field teams, manage systems and updates, and help shape the customer experience.

What will YOU do?

  • Lead, mentor, and support the Tier 2 technical support team, driving performance and aligning with company objectives.
  • Work directly with field teams to monitor site behaviour and coordinate physical inspections when required.
  • Take part in the end-to-end commissioning process—from on-site component installation to successful site activation.
  • Develop and refine operational procedures, using platforms such as Jira, Slack, Monday and more.
  • Continuously optimize support processes to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.

What will YOU bring with you?

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical support roles.
  • 2+ years in a leadership position, with the ability to balance short-term problem-solving with long-term strategic thinking.
  • Full professional fluency in both English and Hebrew.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to stay organized and focused under pressure.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills, with a strong drive for continuous improvement.

Advantages:

  • Experience in solar energy systems or industrial monitoring environments.
  • Familiarity with field service coordination and site commissioning.
  • Background in data analysis or monitoring/control systems.
